America for Animals was back in Tijuana, Mexico this month as part of our Compasión Campaign. With our partners, we spayed and neutered 153 dogs and cats. A single unaltered female dog and her offspring can, over her lifetime, account for tens of thousands of births. So clinics like this have a huge impact upon the unwanted pet population. Each surgery cost only $12 and was free to the animals’ guardians. In addition to the surgery, all dogs and cats received basic care such as flea and tick medication. We’ll be back in October to do more!
